Are you sure that your terminology is on target? 1 m3 4 5 m7 is usually called "minor pentatonic", the relative minor of the "pentatonic" (1 2 3 5 6)...F# minor pentatonic is a mode of the A Major pentatonic.
Pentatonic scales can be derived from virtually any scale or mode, for example:
To me, a "Phrygian Pentatonic" would be: 1 m2 m3 5 m6 or 1 m2 m3 5 m7
